Costumed Story Time at 10 a.m., then an 11 a.m. costume parade through town visiting local community helpers. For ages/grades: Kids & families.

Costumed pets (and their people!) parade through Marshall Park, with a judged costume contest, photo spots and spooky fun for the whole family. Spectators are welcome, so bring chairs and wear your costumes. Pet entry is $15 pre-registered or a pet-supply donation, with proceeds going to local animal welfare groups.

Regional Veterans Day parade with veterans groups, active-duty military, marching bands, JROTC and patriotic floats, from Warrior Stadium to the Town Green. Free.

The City of Bay St. Louis rolls its Christmas parade at 5:30pm, ending at the Train Depot for popcorn, hot cocoa, a movie and pictures with Santa.

A land parade on Main Street at 3 PM (theme: Christmas Around the World), then a riverfront festival at 4 PM with pictures with Santa, games and entertainment. The tree lighting is at 6 PM and a lighted boat parade with fireworks starts at 6:15.

Bring a battery-operated lantern (handmade ones are encouraged) and walk from The Arts to a beach bonfire on Washington Street. Free and family-friendly; registration is requested for walkers, and no dogs please.
